    A friend recommended ‘Lean Gains’ 2nd edition to me. I’ve read his disappointing first edition [briefly] and wasn’t expecting much tbh. But the second edition blew me away. You can tell he really went to town here. It’s like he’s telling a story but it’s all science-backed. And thank God no annoying testimonials and self-loathing. Just straight to the point. And lots of colour pics to top it off!!! Love it!
