Despite going on this crazy diet (consisting of Doritos chips, sugary cereals, oreos, and other sugar-rich processed foods), he maintained calorie-intake of 1800 calories. His daily calorie-expenditure was 2600 calories per day.

MARK LOST 27 POUNDS!!!
